Don Harrison brings more than 30 years of consulting experience to the organization and has consulted to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, multi-national corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, and government agencies to increase the speed and reduce the cost of major change. He created the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM), a structured, research-based system refined across 40+ years of field research that closes the gap between installing a change and achieving sustained adoption.
